I think they should eat as much as they want but as long as it's healthy for the baby!
I have a daughter that's bout to be 7 months on November 8th and i eat as much as i craved especially sweetened frozen strawberries and my family thought i eat alot and i actually stayed the same when i had the baby! so what i think is that it is okay but healthy food!
good luck
And remember that "eating for 2" does not mean eating for 2 adults! All the child need is a sandwich and a glas of juice! Make it easy for yourself because after the kid is out it's not too much fun if you have a lot of weight to loose.
Yes. Just not a lot of it.
yes it is
women eat before a little but after is the worst when they start to crave for certain foods
Yes, MOST pregnant women do eat a lot. When you are pregnant, your body needs vitamins, minerals, and extra calories. A woman may crave certain foods. Depending on how far along you are your baby's growth also affects the amount you eat. if you are 6 months you eat a lot because your baby is growing at a rapid rate.
Pregnant women should take prenatal vitamin supplements which are full of a lot of different vitamins and minerals that will help both the woman and the baby.
Not a lot of women are pregnant and experience no pregnancy symptoms. But I would say about 2 months into the pregnancy and beyond they should experience pregnancy symptoms and a LOT of women experience symptoms a few days after conception.
Pork chitterlings are made from pig intestine and consumes a lot of time for the preparation. Pregnant women can consume chitterlings as it is considered harmless and often regarded as the soul food in Southern America.
I think pregnant women should limit intake of spicy food as well as eating one thing in abundance. For example a pregnant lady who eats a lot of peanut butter might cause her fetus to develop an allergy to peanuts later in life. Tabasco has a lot of vitamin C due to the chili but it should be consumed in moderation in my opinion but best to speak to your doctor.
No. If you are pregnant you may eat a lot, but it is not a sign of pregnancy, it is a sign of hunger and/or greed.
When is the bAby due? They sill ask that Lot
It relaxes you and the baby and keeps the heart rate at a normal pace nice and steady. It also of course relaxes the mussles and it is not good to stress when you are pregnant so it helps a lot but pregnancy yoga classes I think are one of the best things for pregnant women.
A lot of carrots and grass.
