The button should be DOWN , if the button has popped up on the switch the
switch is tripped and no power is going to the electric fuel pump
there is not a reset, also you have to do is get the seats where you would like to have them and then press the memory button again and it should set to the new position.

Unfortunately There is not a reset oil button ( Like the explorer) at least for the 2003 Expedition ( Eddie Bower model)
go to your Status button in the car and scroll to oil change option and hold the reset button down for 3 seconds. That simple!
The reset button is located in the trunk by bottom of left hand trunk lid bracket. has two wires going to bottom and button is on top in the hole.

reset button for what? if you want to reset everything there isn't a button but you can dissconnect the negative battery cable and wait about ten minutes that should clear everything
