on my own opinion.it should be the guy do the first move .some guys thinks that if you make the first move, you are somewhat kind of easy girl?. wait until he do the moves and it also proves you that he really likes you..base also in my experience, we girls?..cannot determine if the guy we love/likes feel the same way!coz some guys dont say "i love you" often.. its a mystery question for us girls why guys dont really do that? right?, that is why some of us desperate to do the moves towards the guy..but you have also be prepared on the result..maybe that guy you like treated you as a " friend" and nothing more than that... so you must know or be prepared for that. it hurts though but atleast you know whats will gonna be the result of it.....

If yu are unsure how he responded, proceed w/extreme caution, and dont invest too much into a relationship until he responds in a positive manner....and if he is just shy, and sat there dumbfounded, what are you waiting for... ???
