No. Most countries already have too few schools for them to be closed down for not having more robust facilities. What the government should do is allocate funds previously not set for education to add playgrounds and libraries to these schools or create legal agreements between local parks and libraries for shared use with the school.
public libraries are libraries that are owned by the public cause they are funded by tax; on the other hand national libraries are like the governments libraries where only government official go and contain all their government stuff
Mary Girolama McCusker has written: 'The accessibility of books in elementary schools without libraries' -- subject(s): Bibliography, Book selection, Children's literature, Education, Elementary, Elementary Education, Elementary schools
Without taxes there wouldn't be a government. A government needs money to run. That cash flow comes from the government's citizens. With this money a government will build an army, schools, libraries, hospitals, and other public programs (There are two main different type of taxes in America, income tax and sales tax). Without these programs the country would fall apart and into anarchy. This is why people shouldn't be too pessimistic about paying taxes because technically they will just come full circle and benefit you.
Could be dependent on which country, however in the Philippines it requires the Director of Public Libraries to compile and publish in book form all the speeches, messages and writings of the late President Manual Roxas and distribute without charge to all schools, libraries and colleges and to sell copies to the public at cost
Sex offenders must follow specific restrictions regarding where they can go in public. They should avoid places where children are present, such as schools, playgrounds, and daycare centers, to avoid violating their restrictions. It is important for them to adhere to these guidelines to ensure the safety of the community.
Different libraries have different operating hours, so it is impossible to answer this without knowing which particular library you are referring to. Even different branches of the same library system can have different operating hours. In general, special libraries (including government libraries) tend to be closed on Sundays, public libraries might be open, and academic libraries are likely open (at least during the academic term). For information on a specific library's opening hours, consult the library's website or your friendly local librarian.
Because - taxes pay for public services... such as police, fire, ambulance, coastguard, road maintenance, libraries etc... Without the income from taxes... none of those services would exist !

Friction is fascinating because in so many situations we try to reduce friction, but friction is a necessary force, without which everything would be impossible. Without friction we would all be flat on the floor without any methods of directing our motion. We would randomly collide with things and then continuing moving in another direction. Without friction the slide at the playground would be really fast, but you could never climb the ladder to get on it. The swings would be useless since no one could get into them. So friction is necessary for playgrounds.
government can exist without state but the state can't exist without government.
