The Constotution should be the government's policy but Pres.Obama ( or should I even call him president) is the one of the factors that effects the policy of the government.
I think that a Government should not rule over different Immigrants, I think that they should all be given a chance to have a life where they can provide for their families. We all have different backgrounds, People in America do more harm than maybe a family from Mexico does. Having an easier access to being a citizen of America would be choice for people, except for the people Governing.
