- No, the Maid of Honor or anyone else in the wedding part or any guests should not wear the same color (white) as the bride as she is the focal point (it is her day of glory.) It is fine to wear black and white or another color and white. The Maid of Honor generally wears a slightly different color than the bridesmaids. Example: Bridesmaids are in light blue then the Maid of Honor may be in a midnight blue.
