Absolutely not. If it is, it is overfilled. There is an oil window behind the right footpeg and the oil should be at the halfway point when the bike is upright (higher if the motor is hot, lower if the motor is cold). This model takes 1.25L or 1.32qts, without an aftermarket oil cooler.

Note: When adding oil, it may take a moment for the oil level to appear in the window. Either wait a minute after adding a little, or replace the oil cap and then start and kill the engine and wait a moment.
