Sounds like your looking at a p.c.v.(positive crankcase ventilation valve,if it goes from valve cover to intake manifold.

take off the case that covers the air filter and look for a black cable behind the intake. follow it to the air intake and it should be right there.

Remove the air intake so you can see the 2 valve covers. Look between the 2 valve covers and there should be a cover plate. Remove it and your plugs are under it.

On top of the engine. Everything between the valve covers is considered the intake manifold.

This is located right under the throttle body. There should be 2 hoses coming out from it. The top hose connects to the intake manifold, and the botton hose connects to the air intake.
Check your Fuel Pressure Regulator under the intake plenum that is on the fuel rail. Had the same issue myself, gas coming from the intake.
