I'm in favour of it. I think it is a good way to represent all the peoples, nations, languages and cultures of the world. Everyone on earth should have the chance to elect it.
In fact, there has been calls for the United Nations to establish a United Nations Parliamentary Assembly consisting of elected citizens from all over the world. It is estimated there will be 1000 to 2000 seats in this World Parliament. It will be one step to a Global Government.
