Antarctica is not a tourist destination in the traditional sense. It has no tourist facilities, hotels or airports. A few airlines fly over Antarctica to show you the sights, then fly back to where they came from without landing. At least one company runs mountain climbing expeditions, but they make it clear that you need to be experienced and capable and fit enough to endure the rigours or polar mountaineering. Unless you are engaged in some sort of research with a large government grant, you really have no business being there.
No, there is no commerce in Antarctica.

A1. There are mainly non-commercial flights to Antarctica. There are plenty of flights to Antarctica. From Christchurch New Zealand, there are many flights to McMurdo Sound, to the ice runway near Ross Island, Ross Sea. [Williams Field from an imperfect memory]. There certainly was a land-based airfield at Marble Point, about 40km distant, used for support of field parties.

Likewise, the countries that have science bases on Antarctica, Chile, Argentina, China, Russia, New Zealand, Australia ... all use planes for a quick access.

A2. There are no flights to Antartica. First of all, there are no airports and second, it is too cold for any airplane to land or anyone to live in.

You cannot buy land in Antarctica upon which to build a hotel.

There is no commercial transportation to and from Antarctica that is not tour-related: tours bring their own beds on the boats they sail.

This does not sound like a profitable idea.

Um, no! I think the only accommodations are military-style barracks at research bases.
