When I interviewed people, that didn't make a lot of difference. However, being interviewed before or after a weak candidate makes you look better. In interviews first impressions are veryimportant. Even although I was aware of this, I was still aware that I had made my mind up about a candidate within a couple of minutes of meeting them.
You should not go to a job interview if the job requires you to be bilingual and you are not. There may be a portion of the interview where you speak the language you are unable to and will most likely fail the interview.

If you are called back for a second interview, you made a good impression on your first. You should be prepared for more questions that revolve more about the job your going for and how you will be a good person to be employed for these sectors.
