If they do it for sexual gratification that would belong to their private life and you should tell them they do not need to discuss that with you. If they start top urinate in diapers again, that is not normal. Normally that is quite hard to do once you are potty trained and and not something you should go back to.
AnswerThe answer is no. I would expect my teenage daughter to be intelligent and responsible, a credit to her sex. I would not allow her to wear diapers nor would she ask to. A young woman who seeks to express her inner self by wearing diapers is headed in the wrong direction and both parent and child need a reality check.
