Should you ask a guy out in your class?

From your question I can't tell if you are asking from a hypothetical or a real life perspective. I will answer as if you are asking from a real life perspective.

If you are asking a question about asking someone to go out with you then I assume that you have a desire to go out with that person. As this is the case, I can also propose that you have fantasised about going out with this person and how things will be.

Take some time to think about this again and work out if it is what you really want first. If it is, then ask yourself if you are looking for just a friendly relationship or something more involved.

The next step may be the most difficult, next think about how you are going to ask the person out. Rehearse if you need to. When you do get to asking the person out then don't focus on your anxiety and what they will say, but take some time to relax first and then simply go ahead and ask them.

If they don't say yes then you can surmise to yourself that the relationship may not have worked anyway. If they do say yes, then be yourself as being yourself will lead to a more fulfilling relationship as you progress as you are being honest with the other person, but more importantly with yourself. This is important as if you don't love yourself for who you are, then how can you love someone else?
