Yes, I think that people who say that they shouldn't because the relationship won't last forever but they don't realize that there is no harm done! I am in grade 6 and started at grade 4!

∙ 11y agoIt depends on you. How mature are you? When I was in fifth grade a few of the girls were dating and it was a big subject of gossip. I'd advise against it, because the longest relationship was two months, but most barely lasted a week simply because we weren't ready for it. You can't really go on actual dates and a lot of kids parents didn't like the idea of 10/11 year olds dating. It was more like being really good friends for most kids. I'd say a good minimum age is 13/14, because you start being more mature in middle school and high school.
