- Groups of teens or adults who go out together for fun and harm no one are fine. Gangs are generally associated with turf gangs and are harmful such as 'beatings; murder; drive-by shootings, etc.' and in this case no, there should be no accepting of such a gang. If someone wants to try and change the gangs mentality or try to save certain individuals from a gang way of life it can be successful, but to try to change a whole gang is impossible to do) then that is a different story altogether.
