NO, in MANY cases as time goes on those issues may subcide or alter so that suicide is wasteful. Suicide is one on the ultimate expressions of anger toward those who love YOU. Not the other way around. Once you're gone those who don't like you will forget you, while those known to you or not yet known will never have a chance to express their feelings.
