Get to know him. Figure out why you are attracted to him. Is it his looks? Or his personality? From then decide if you would like to stay interested, and if you are, flirt till you get his attention again and he asks you out. Do not flirt though unless you are 100% certain this is what you want. Otherwise you may get a sour reputation.
