Only if you want to stay awake and have a worse hangover. Both alcohol and caffeine are diuretics, and will cause you to become dehydrated. Dehydration is the principle cause of hangovers. The best thing you can drink when you're drunk...and after the hangover comes...is water. If you're normally a heavy coffee drinker, and can keep some down, it may alleviate whatever symptoms are due to caffeine withdrawal, but don't substitute it for the water.
