Do not drink any water especially cold water during your meal as this will solidify your food when eating and it will become difficult to digest your food. Ya, it is believed to be true. There should be less of sugar consumption. To reduce pimples, one should wash his/her face everyday and drink lots of water. Even if u r eating chocolates make it a point to drink lots of water.

I have read that is best to leave the saliva get really mixed with the food we have consumed and drink water later ...apparently it helps the digestive system if we "let" saliva help with the digestion and we don't dilute it with water....I hope it helps....all the best
