It is not mandatory but having a small meal before a workout doesnt hurt. It will give you the energy that you might require for a good workout. Remember not to have a full stomach meal before a workout as it is not recommended.

I recommend a high-protein diet. But don't eat right before training an hour or two prior would be better.
Before exercise and wanting to stay fit you should always eat healthy as possible. For lunch try eat a salad or protein shakes something that is not heavy.
right before weightlifting you should eat nothing(you dont want your blood in your stomach but in your muscles when you lift)...you can have a piece of fruit an hour ago..or a complete meal 2-3 hours ago..
Before, as it makes you feel fuller and less likely to eat so much
no! drink a pre workout drink 1 hour before training
You should eat 10 times your goal weight. So if you want to be 120 lbs, you should eat 1200 calories a day to get to your goal weight and stay there.
You should not eat right before a competition becuase you may feel nervous and throw up. You should at least eat 30min. before a competition
Yes, after you eat you are heavier than before you eat because the weight of the food is added to your weight.
You should add your current weight and about how much you eat now to the question.
How many calories should you eat per day if you are 5'1 and weight 150 pounds and are trying to lose weight?
You can eat as much or as little as you want but you should try to eat as healthy as possible while doing this. If you want to lose a lot of weight though; then only eat when you are hungry and try to eat as healthy as possible.
