No you shouldn't. This can make them dependent on humans for food and they may teach that to their offspring. Lets say you see a raccoon in your backyard. You give it dog food everyday because you think its cute. That raccoon will come back later for some more food. If you keep on doing this, it will probably begin to try to get into your house to see what other Delicious treats your household has to offer. Raccoons are dangerous regardless of size. They can and will kill small pets. In general, bad things will happen to the wild animal and you if you feed them.
If you see an injured or sick wild animal and you're temped to feed it, don't. Call animal control. They will get it good again and release it back into the wild.

∙ 13y agoNo. Feeding wild raccoons can cause them to lose their fear of humans (if they have a fear of humans) and that can be very dangerous. Feeding them can also cause them to think that all humans are going to feed them. If someone else comes along and does not feed the raccoon when it thinks they should feed it or if you decide to stop feeding the raccoon, it could become aggressive because it has learned to depend on you for food.
