Modern Warfare 3 so much more worth it. It will have spec ops, survival mode, plenty of game types and maps for multiplayer, and dlc's that come in all the time so u dont get bored of the same thing. As for Dead Island u do the campaign and side quests and kill Zombies with 4 player co-op. Your choice if u want a game to last you until they make another Call of Duty or a game that will last you until the end of the campaign and i bet most of your friends will buy MW3 over Dead Island.
