Padded push-up Bras are normally very fake-looking. Like, you can tell it's padding instead of flesh from a mile away. In my experience, push-up bras only work if you've got a little something to push up. If your breasts have only just begun to grow, then you are probably pretty flat-chested. There's no push-up bra on earth that's going to make you look like you have an adult woman's breasts.
And why SHOULD you look like you have an adult woman's breasts? You're not an adult woman yet.
If you really want to do something, I would suggest the Victoria's Secret IPEX-style bras. They've only got a very thin bit of padding. Instead of padding, they are made with this sort of stretchy, clingy material that literally pushes your breasts up and holds them there, giving the illusion of cleavage. I am a small-breasted lady (34A), so I have tried all kinds of push-ups and padded bras, and the Victoria's Secret IPEX bras are by far the best, in my opinion.
