IN my opinion, an American girl Doll is best because they are adorable they can come as one of the characters or you can have them come as a doll that looks like you. PLUS porcelain dolls break easily (from expierience). American Girls can have so many different clothes and you can do their hair also. Very pretty and a great first real doll for young girls.
Yeah, but she's like 12 now, not so young, she just likes the hair and the clothes changing. American Girl clothes fit it, so what about the doll itself?
