The Uno is simply just an updated Duemilanove.
I use a Duemilanove simply because it is cheaper and i couldn't see any difference, there is only one problem and that is that the Duemilanove is no longer made because of the Uno, so i had to buy mine off of eBay for £12.50 inc p&p
