I'm not a dog expert but I don't think that giving young puppies water should be advised, let them drink from their mother, if you don't have a mother with the puppy give him milk, unpasteurised is probably best.
yes. it is always good to give your pregnant dog support.
Chihuahua puppies should be at least 8 weeks old before given up for adoption, although waiting until they are 10-12 weeks is better. Before allowing them to leave their mom, they should be able to eat hard puppy food on their own.
you should introduce sold foods slowly to puppies, with milk and water give them a little then once there ok with the difference from just milk give them more. they should be ok.
Puppies, like all dogs, should have access to water at all times.
The newborn puppies should be nursing from their mother, they get all the liquid they need from her the first two or three weeks.
the puppies might be alright, but i think having the puppies be born early might do a little damage to the mother chihuahua. you can be pregnet for a few months then have the babies when they are ready. i dont know mutch about dogs.
when it needs one
give them clean water straight from the tap
I think that puppy food wont benefit her because it is aimed at puppies. The nutrients will benefit puppies. You should give your puppies the puppy food and the dog the adult dog food. However, with most whole kibble dog foods, you dont need to give them extra tinned dog food
6-8 weeks old is the best time to give them away if they have taken well to solid or canned food.
You just simply have to wait. Give the chihuahua extra attention. in about 2 weeks, you should see a change.
you have to give puppies water they need water to drink so yes it is okay !
