it would be thoughtful but make sure they like the flowers :)
This is a premise for debate and discussion and can NOT be resolved by a definitive answer - but - personally speaking - I don't see why not.

Do NOT give yourself a miscarriage!
if you are pregnant only the doctor should give you something like that and he will find one that is suitable.
There are many reasons why someone should give you a scholarship. You could have done something very helpful or have a dream.
Where I come from we have abortion and calls it that and miscarriage and calls it that. In the US you are sometimes calling a natural abortion miscarriage which gets confusing here in the questions I have to say. If you are having a miscarriage it's mother natures way to abort a no viable fetus. It is not your fault. Tell your spouse and grieve together. if you are having an abortion you should tell him and give him the reasons to why you don't want a baby right now. He will either accept it or be sad for awhile. Give him that time.
Give them food
If you have RH- factor, When you give birth or have a miscarriage you need to be administered the RH shot immediately. If you received the shot after the miscarriage or birth you should be fine and the likelihood of miscarriage due to the Rh factor is minor. If you miscarry again you should probably check with your doctor so they can see if there is another possible cause. If you did not receive the shot for the RH factor the liklihood of miscarriage would be greater if your blood type is RH -.
You will bleed from the miscarriage for about a week and some ovulate right away after and some takes longer. if it was a fairly early miscarriage you should have your period back within 2 months.
It might not exit itself but instead cause a infection. If you suspect a miscarriage you should see a doctor. He can either do a D&C and scrape the uterus or give you pills to extract the fetus.
At 40 weeks it's not called a miscarriage but stillborn. You will have to give birth as if the baby was alive. They will induce the labor.
If you do not know what type to give, you should not be administering care to a patient.
