The justification for war in Iraq in 2003 was the weapons of mass destruction, which, it turned out, did not exist. From the evidence emerging at the current enquiry in Britain it seems likely that the intelligence info about WMDs was overstated within government, and that Bush was looking for an excuse to got to war to bring about regime change, i.e. to get rid of Saddam. Looking at the turmoil in Iraq since then it seems unlikely that the war was justified, but that's a persional opinion, as will be any opinion about that war.
No we should not have gone into Iraq. First of all George Bush charged in with no proof of them doing the deed. Second he did not get any answers on if they should go or not by the united nations. In the end it resulted in a war and a lot of dead marines. The answer is NO.
Afghanistan has never gone to war with Iraq, so the question is unanswerable.
Iraq, 2001 and 2003.

The Iraq War ended as of December 16, 2011. The question is moot.
