This is purely decided upon your preference. To find out you should try two cups of tea one with sugar and one without. If you prefer a pure tasting tea where you can taste only it's natural flavors then I would recommend no sugar, but if you enjoy more of a sweeter brew then you can add a little sugar. Make sure when adding sugar add in small increments so that you don't spoil the flavor with to much.
