why anyone would purposely want to interbreed dogs is beyond me. however, mutts are often more healthy and intelligent than pure breeds due to diversity in DNA. if choosing to interbreed dogs breed ones that are of similar size and compatibility. in my opinion there is no good reason to prevent the interbreeding of dogs as long as you are not trying to sell the animals. there are too many breeds already!
