no you should always take your ten year old with you when your going out. When, your thirteen you can leave them home alone till 3 to 5.
There few laws that deal with ages for leaving children alone only a couple states have them. The test would be whether the child is safe, whether the child feels safe, and if the child knows how to obtain assistance if they needed it. Most authorities agree that a 12-13 year old can be left alone for a couple of hours during the day. Ten is pretty young to be left alone.
Ask her to leave or serve an eviction notice
There should be no problem. There are no laws regarding the age someone can be left and there is an adult in charge.
No way!

Your home, your rules, the daughter should not have invited him into her bed, so she is responsible as an 18year old woman that has disrespected her parents home! Just ask the man to leave without a fuss and have a talk with your daughter!! As long as your daughter is not a part owner of the house you can have him removed from the home. Unless there was violence involved you cannot have him arrested just for being there, that is not right. As far as keeping him away from the house, you could put a restraining order against him. But, that will not keep your daughter away from him. She is legally an adult, therefore, you have no legal rights over her anymore.
Yes, as long as the mother realizes that she is still responsible for the daughter. The daughter lives where the mother wants her to live.
File for a restraining order is one possibility. And keeping her at home is another option.
