No. When you run a battery really low then fully recharge it, that's called deep cycling, and it takes a severe toll on battery life.

The battery is located under the passenger seat in the Picasso. Caution should always be used when removing the battery as apparently it can corrupt the cars computer system if disconnected incorrectly. No it should not stall if your alternator is good. It's not good to disconnect a battery with engine running. It can cause a spike and ruin the computer. It was ok to do that years ago before 1980.
