It takes time to get used to you, so let it explore it's new home. Start buy giving her different treats and letting her smell your hand. Don't rush it. It's obviously scared because it has a new home. Make sure to keep social with it. If you don't take good care of it, then it will have trust issues. When it has trust issues she won't let you hold her. It takes time so be patient.
