Hi!!
No you shouldn't really alllow a deep cut to form a scab, because a scab indicates that the cut was not covered and has dried out. You must always keep a cut (deep or not deep) covered with a bandage and some anti-septic cream must also be applied to the area to keep it from getting infected. The sore must always be covered so that it can heal. There is actually a 'healing lake' if you might call it that helps the sore heal. The body produces this waterty substance so that it can heal sores. If the sore is open this watery substance dries up and the wound cannot heal properly and it also takes a long time to heal, this then causes a scab to appear.
Hope that answers your question!! =)
Scar tissue is formed under the scab.
You might not have enough white blood cells to help form the clot. Otherwise, if a scab is forming, do not pick at it but do allow it to harden.
Clot, or scab.
The skin usually appears pink when a scab falls off. If the cut was deep enough, a scar may also appear in its place.
i think you can because if you swim in a swimming pool it helps your scab or scrp heel idk about deep wounds i gess if the wounds are not that serious
Red Blood Cells (RBC) do not "form a scab", they are merely trapped in the scab during blood coagulation. Platelets, carried in the blood serum form the scab by sticking to the endothelium (inside) of the blood vessel forming a plug to end bleeding. Clotting proteins than begin to condense and form the hard scab. Human RBC do not have DNA and therefore cannot act in response to external stimuli like a cut.
to prevent any infections
yes
it's called a scab
Well you should just tell a parent and try not to look at the scab and just somthing else.
nerosporin
It should be less red than when it was done, and it'll start to form a 'crust'. This is just a scab, part of the healing process. It comes off when you clean it.
