yes, because I had this brown spotting during my first pregnancy, and being the first baby i was more than concerned, and i was asked by the doctor to do complete bed rest for at least 2 months. i was told that there are 2 clots in the womb, one the foetus and the other another blood clot which is dissolving which causes the brown spotting. and if i do not take complete rest i might end up with a miscarriage. and i did as was asked by the doc and thank god i was gifted with a healthy baby........so please rest when you are spotting
Yes, you can be spotting and be pregnant. It is called implantation bleeding. It usually occurs about 8-9 days after ovulation, which is around the time of your period. Take a pregnancy test and good luck! *** The guy above refers to the process of implantation. If you definitively know that you are pregnant, then spotting when you know that you are pregnant is also normal. As the cell mass grows, then it can break tiny blood vessels and cause spotting. However, if the spotting intensifies and is accompanied by cramping, get it checked out as these are the precursors to miscarriage.
If you are pregnant and bleeding red call your doctor ASAP. If you recently had sex it could just be from a sensitive cervix. When i was pregnant and spotting my docs office told me no sex and I was on bed rest for 7 days after the spotting ended.
My first period was the same as the rest of them. It should be kinda red-brown.
it sounds like you could be misscarrying, you should rest with your feet higher than your body and go to see a doctor
Yes and No. Yes you should worry a bit because if continues or you get clots or bright red blood, then you might be miscarrying. Having said that, spotting is a very common occurrence during the early part of pregnancy. Some women will spot on and off of the first month or so and is usually a cause of the embryo settling into the uterus. If your spotting is accompanied by cramps I highly suggest you visit the ER or your Dr. Unfortunately if you are going to miscarry there is nothing that can be done. Try and rest and restrict your exercise.
some women spot for two months..have the doctor check your progesterone and if your level is fine, stop worrying. good luck. joymaker rn
About 30% of women have a little spotting, the rest have no symptoms at all.
It's not likely you're pregnant with days of vaginal bleeding. Take a pregnancy test if you think you might be pregnant.
Six weeks is very early to start bed rest. You should be talking to your doctor, not a website.
You will have spotting of blood or a flow like a period. If you know you are pregnant then i would go to the doctor right away. You may also have cramping i personally didnt but it is possible. If you think you are you might want to try bed rest i heard it works.
Hi! When I was 16 weeks pregnant with my daughter, I had mild spotting and cramping that lasted about 10 hours. I went to the hospital and after an emergency ultrasound and blood work, they told me everything was fine. Apparently it's normal to have mild spotting & mild cramps from time to time during a pregnancy. I hope that answers your question and wish you the best of luck with the rest of your pregnancy!!!
they should rest if you have a man your man should be helping you out if your man is always at work so late you should go to your mom and dad until you have this baby
