No, because... the loose air in your tire acts upon as a shock absorber. If you set them to max PSI it will be a more bumpier ride. And also when they are not filled all of the way they get better traction. I'm not saying to let all of the air out of your tires but don't fill them all of the way up. dont do that it could be dangerous for you and others inflate them only as recommended by the manufacturer of your car
