no because if you spend to much time in the sun you can get skin cancer that's what i saw in a book

The risk of getting skin cancer is not high and should not prevent you going out in the sun as long as you are wearing an appropriate sun cream. I would recommend a higher SPF cream the lighter your skin is, the closer to the equator you are and the higher your altitude.

One of the risks of sunlight is that it can cause premature ageing but for me I'm more worried about getting burnt because it's so uncomfortable!

Will looking at an eclipse harm you?

The problem is not really the eclipse itself. The issue is that looking at the Sun can be harmful to your eyes. Most of us don't spend a lot of time staring at the Sun normally, since there's not a whole lot of noticeable detail visible, but during an eclipse it's a different story... then we can tell there's something interesting going on, and we're much more likely to spend more time than we should looking at it to see what's happening.

Yes, the sun is helthy for us, our body makes vitamin D when we get out as our body's cant produce them.People should limit their time in the sun to around fifteen minutes a day to keep up their vitamin D stores. Excess sun exposure can lead to skin cancer, unsightly skin growths in middle age and premature aging. In normal everyday life you should use a sun screen on exposed skin, especially the face.
