Anything light. I used to be given scrabbled eggs and toast - that worked.

∙ 13y agono, you should eat less to reduce the amount of times you use the toilet but don't stop eating or you will starve to death, also drink as much water as possible aswell so you don't die from dehydration

Immodium AD is good for it. Keep in mind that diarrhea can also lead t o dehydration so water and other liquids can affect it as well on an internal level. I once got constipated so I took a laxative and because I got diarrhea I took immodium. I felt like I had to eat. I ate like my body wanted me to. You will get seriously sick if you do this. Dont do the above unless you want 4 hours of bliss pure torture.
