You could sync Google accounts to Chrome. This can be done by the people's tab in the Settings.
sign in to Chrome, and sync your data, Enter a Sync Passphrase if needbe I may be misunderstanding your question, so look around a bit more, maybe check the google forums

Google chrome should be used because of it's simplicity. It is also faster than most of the browsers.
The Chrome Operating System should have a built in PDF reader.
There is no way to sync chrome extensions. It could be using a third party extension only.
If you look on your top right of chrome, there should be a little wrench there.
