What do you mean by 'believe'? Here's my thought. You should believe that if there is an answer to your question, someone made an effort to give you what you needed. I would never assume that any answer is complete and perfectly accurate. Think of it as a starting place. Someone may have offered you a point of view that you had not considered. If you ask a question and you already know the answer, then you are just testing to see if anyone on the site knows the answer too. That's perfectly ok. You will find some right answers and you'll find some wrong ones. And now and then you'll discover that what you thought was the right answer wasn't right at all. Be skeptical about everything, but don't dismiss anything out of hand, either. It is as if this site is its own living thing, dependent on the thoughts of hundreds of thousands of curious people, but not like any single one of us. My thought is that the site reflects, better and better, the 'mind' of the group, which is really the mind of this 'living thing'.

You can't trust this site. People can put whatever they want on here, which means they can purposely give you an incorrect answer. Instead find another source you can trust, and it doesn't have to be an online source. It could be a book or person but make sure the book isn't too outdated. Same with the person hahaha just kidding. Well I think I gave much more than what you asked for, so I will leave with just that and no more.

The answer, of course, is that you do NOT trust any one website to give you the absolute truth! Especially one like this one where anybody can answer any question - the person who answers may or may not actually know the right answer for you!

The best way to find information is to use several different websites and see what information is contained in most of them that is the same - that is most likely to be the right answer, though it still may be wrong if all of the websites have quoted from the same wrong information in the first place.
