It isn't a must, but it's certainly best to use the cleaner/jet flush recommended by the manufacturer. Some use clothes detergents, or vinegar mixtures, but there are products such as Jetted Tub Flushing Cleaner, Whirpool Jet Cleaner, and Jacuzzi Whirlpool Jetted Tub Cleaner.
Sorry, soap and shampoo are made for baths and showers. Not hot tubs. You should take a shower before entering a hot and be sure to rinse well as to not bring in any soapy residue.
There does not need to be a certain temperature if your hot tub will not be in use. In fact you should drain your hot tub if you wont use it for a while, so it wont be a danger to children or pets, or inclement weather.
You don't mention what sort of dirt you have in there, but whenever I have to stay in a hotel, I think about all the previous occupants, and I run vinegar water through the whirlpool before I put even one toe in. Just fill the tub as if you were going to use it, add at least 1 cup of vinegar, and run the jets. Room service should be able to provide the vinegar - don't use bleach, which could damage the interior hoses. Vinegar will dissolve soap and kill off most bacteria.
You use the correct size breaker that matches the wiring. The correct amperage will be listed in the owners manual for the tub.
To avoid slipping in the tub use the No Skidding Tile & Bath Tub Treatment #10900 Series. You treat your tub with this solution. Hotels and Hospitals use this product to avoid accidents in the tub. anonymous@oola.com

You use a hot tub cover after the hot tub has cooled off. Using it while your hot tub is still warm can cause your cover to break.
The physical therapist will decide when it is safe to get into a hot tub after a knee replacement. It will likely not be okay until at least a month after the operation.
I like to use several types of oils when I make spaghetti sauce. That paining was painted with oils.
You have to say WHERE it is leaking from for someone to answer it.
let me see if I understand the question correctly - you have a whirlpool tub that you also use as a shower? You must first know if the piping coming into your home is 1/2" or 3/4". If it is 1/2" I would recommend using a separate filler for the whirlpool - a wall mount tub filler - and then a separate shower faucet. If you have a 3/4" line coming in you can install a thermostatic valve 3/4" which provides a greater volume of water. It will give you 10-16 gallons per minute. You will need 2 volume controls - one for the tub and one for the shower.
