This usually makes girls begin to feel more comfortable and can help certain types of clothes sit better over developing bodies. This is a sort of step-up into wearing regular bras.

Yes, sometimes your mom will buy u one befor pubirty depending on your breasts, if ur breasts start to devlope, then u need a training bra/cup bra ALWAYS WEAR A TANKTOP UNDER NEATH THIN SHIRTS!!! If you dont people can see your nipples or whatever, Some people are afraid to have a bra, others excited to have big boobies! Its normal, ANWSER: BUY THE BRA!

ok face the facts it doesn't matter what kind of bra you wear. Your boobs grow at there own pace. when i was about 13 i already had the bra size B 39. i only wore a training bra at night when im sleeping other wise if you wear a push up bra or padded then your boobs might not grow anymore for a while so i would only wear a training bra when you sleep. :)
