It really depends on the situation, for example if you are at a dance or something you should leave your hair down because its more sexy and makes you look more lively. But if your in Gym, where it up because you will sweat and your hair will cause acne and irritation on your neck and face. But for casual days in my opinion you should switch it up everyday,, what I do is I look up nice images of hairstyles on the internet and draw them, then everyday you can change your hair so you aren't just doing the usual old hairstyle. And if you get acne when you are alone, or with family wear your hair up it helps get rid of it!
