No you shouldn't. Most hamsters tend to pee in the corners of their cage and keep the corner only for that but theres nothing wrong if it doesn't.
I would. When your hamster is not peeing, it could be urinary track infection. If you are sure about peeing and pooing, you should take him to a vet.

Most males lose hair around their skirt or back half. I wouldn't worry too much.
No if he/she is new it may take a while, if you have had the hamster for a while and it still won`t get a hamster ball so he/she can run around the house and learn how to roll,then he/she might use the wheel.

If you're hamster is very old, or very young, don't worry. if they're not i'd see a vet.
If the hamster is lactating, then you shouldn't worry about it, baby hamsters are born with teeth and they may be hurting her but it's going to be alright. If the hamster is not lactating then you should take it to the vet.

If they are firm and normal apart from the color then there's nothing to worry about. Sometimes droppings get funky colors depending on what the hamster is eating. But if it's diarrhea then you should get it checked at the vet.
