It depends.
If you have a cold or bad Allergies, it's pretty normal to get a little blood sometimes because your nose is irritated from all that blowing. And sometimes it gets dried out from cold or allergy medicine and you get a short nose bleed after you blow hard.
If your nose just starts bleeding even if you blew very gently and don't have a cold or anything else going on, you might want to check with a doctor to see what's causing it. Nose bleeds are usually not dangerous, but you do want to check out anything that's unusual.
