Your question needs to be clarified. There are literally thousands of fonts available for computer. Those are divided into serif and sans serif fonts and then various styles can be applied, such as bold, italic, underline, etc.

When you downloaded the fonts they should be accessable through the Word font menu. The search function accessable through the start button should show you where your usable fonts are and where your downloaded fonts are now. If any of your downloaded fonts are out of place they will need to be moved

If you are running a Windows operating system, in the Windows folder on your C:\ drive, in the Fonts folder are the fonts that are installed. If you browse to the folder in a Windows Explorer and show the Status bar (under the View menu) when you select the Fonts folder the number of fonts will appear in the status bar.
