If you feel like you cannot get a deep breathe, light headed or disey feel like your gonna pass out or fall down either 1 of these are also signs of overdoing it.

make sure you do each exercise in good form while your exercising

and take breaks when needed.

you will gain more success by not overdoing it then if you were to exercise twice as much and overdo it.
