Well, it depends on which holy site you are talking about. Amritsar is a holy city for Sikhs and Anadpuur Sahib which is where Khalsa began there is also Patna and manikaran which are holy sites for the gurus. There is no particular holy place for Sikhs (place of pilgrimage etc.) But there are places which are famous for having nice Gurdwara's and were the Guru's were born/died.
There is no holy city for Sikhs nor is there any holiday. Though due to cultural, traditional and having historical factors cities like Amritsar, Anandpur are visited by Sikhs but still they are not holy but because of their cultural and historical importance.
Thank You
The holy place for Sikhs is called the 'Gurudwara' (Guru's house.)

No Way, to start any new holy book in sikhism. Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji is the holy book that is respected and is considered as the "Guru" in Sikhism. It contains the gurbani and no additions to this are allowed now.
Sikhism was founded by Guru Gobind sinh. They follow Guru Granth Saheb as their holy book, While worshiping idols is forbidden in Sikhism. Meanwhile Hindus have four main holy books known as veda and idol worshiping is accepted.
