Become a witch by becoming freinds with the high good or high bad witch. Make them selectable by using boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true and cast the only spell that's available onto the sim you want to become a witch. Make the high good or bad witch unselectable. Then have your sim study the power of light or darkeness in their spell book. Once they reach maximuim magic skill they have ultimate power!

Then you'll see gold stars twinkling or lightning flashing. Then you'll cast a spell. If you do good on the spell, when you scroll over yourself it'll say, Your Sim's Name The Infallibly Good/Bad Witch/Worlock.
