to control your pets get up the box at the top by hold down ctrl, shift, c
then type in boolprop controlpets true

boolprop testingcheatsEnabled true/false Allows you to change the mood of the sims by moving the need bars up or down
moveObjects on/off OR move_objects on/off Allows you to pick up things you couldn't before
boolprop controlpets on/off Allows you to control pets
boolprop petactioncancel true/false Allows you to cancel the action the pet is doing
